Our Goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our patrons.
-No guests are allowed that have outstanding felonies on their record or on any sexual offender lists.
All guests must provide copy of legal ID and allow Tiny Town LLC to run a background check if requested.
Please understand that by accepting your licenses and entering the Campground, you and persons staying with or visiting your campsite agree to read, abide by and obey all Campground Rules and local, state, and federal laws while inside the Campground. The person who registered for the Site(s) is responsible for the actions of all persons staying with or visiting the Campground.
The following RULES WILL BE ENFORCED throughout your stay. Failure to adhere to these rules can result in your IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property. We reserve the right to seek arrest of anyone who is in violation of any local, state, and federal laws. NO REFUNDS will be granted if you are asked to leave.
We reserve the right to amend or add to these rules at any time.
GENERAL RULES
RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE TO ENSURE EVERYONE’S SAFETY AND SECURITY
We hope you will enjoy your stay with us!
CHECK-IN is 2p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 12 p.m. (Noon)
It does not matter if you are here for a day, week, or longer as all guests give permission to turn off all utilities on your check out day or the date that you are paid up to. By signing you give Tiny Town LLC permission to tow your RV at your expense on the 3rd day of non payment or the 3rd day after you are asked to leave in writing for breaking the rules.
Early arrivals and Late Departures are available upon request if the site is open, BUT an additional half day fee is required.
5 mph Speed Limit at all times in Campground!! Cars/Bicycles/Golf Carts! Children are Everywhere!!
Enforced QUIET TIME is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. We ask that you respect your neighbor and honor this rule.
All roads are ONE WAY, Do Not cut through other camper’s sites – use roadways please
ALL SITES must be paid for BEFORE PARKING
The registered Camper is responsible for the actions of his/her visitors. If your guest is asked to leave, you may also be asked to leave depending on the situation. Day Visitors MUST pay extra by 8 p.m. to stay the night or leave by 10:00 p.m.
Each site is allowed 2 guests during the day unless approved first.
ATV’s, Kid’s Motorized Vehicles, 2-Stroke Golf Carts and Dirt bikes are NOT ALLOWED for use in Campground.
ALL TYPES OF VEHICLES MUST BE CAMPGROUND REGISTERED AT ALL TIMES WHILE INSIDE THE CAMPGROUND
DO NOT BLOCK INTERIOR ROADS. All vehicles must fit on your site. This is a campground regulation to provide access for emergency vehicles such as fire trucks or ambulances, should they become necessary. Do not block your neighbors.
Drive carefully. 5 MPH OR LESS FOR ALL VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES while in Tiny Town. NO CRUISING allowed. Violations will result in the vehicle being immediately impounded for the rest of your stay
Tiny Town Campground has 24 hour Video Surveillance for your safety. TINY TOWN WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for any damage to vehicles, theft of vehicles or property. This includes impounded vehicles! Please lock and secure your belongings.
Be RESPECTFUL of other campers.
NO Noise and/or Rowdy behavior. This includes parties, pets, and loud generators. QUIET HOURS will be from 10PM until 7AM. No external speakers or loud sirens at any time. Music should not be heard outside of your campsite
Lewd behavior, nudity, and profanity will not be tolerated at any time.
Over consumption of alcohol is not allowed.
Alcohol beverages must remain within your campsite and NO under age drinking is allowed. Any accidents, damages or incidents involving alcohol consumption falls under your liability and responsibility of you and the persons staying or visiting with you.
Do not walk/drive through or park in other people’s campsite.
NO loose garbage. WE DO NOT PICK UP TRASH. Trash is your responsibility – please take to designated area for disposal. Please make sure glass is not left on the ground. Coals and Ash are ONLY allowed to be disposed of in a metal Ash can.
$25 fee if garbage is left behind, do not burn trash nor leave in fire ring.
NO DUMPING of sewage or water from your camper onto the ground.
PETS ARE PERMITTED AT THE DISCRETION OF TINY TOWN AND MAY PROHIBIT ANY BREED, SIZE OR TYPE FOR ANY REASON.
Please keep your pet’s barking to a minimum. PETS must be LEASHED/RESTRAINED at ALL TIMES! Even on your site – leads can NOT reach the road or other sites. Invisible Leash devices are not allowed. WALKED BY ADULTS ONLY.
ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!! anywhere they leave a ‘surprise’ for you.
Pets are not allowed IN THE RECREATION/CHILDREN areas.
Pets CAN NOT be left UNATTENDED at any time.
Please have proof of your pet’s current Rabies Shot.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR LOOSE PETS!!
IF YOUR PET IS LOOSE or NOT CLEANED UP AFTER — YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE – NO REFUNDS!!
This rule is to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort – please help us stay a ‘pet friendly’ campground. Thank you and enjoy your stay!
$50 fee if you leave dog evidence behind.
Campers are expected to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws.
No vending of any kind without permission.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS of any kind. We will seek the arrest of anyone in Tiny Town utilizing fireworks. Also, NO guns, potato guns, balloon launchers, spotlights, laser pointers, or other items deemed dangerous are permitted. This is for EVERYONE’S safety.
NO CHAINSAWS allowed at any time unless you are onsite to help with tree work with approval from Owner
FIRES are allowed in FIRE RINGS ONLY!!
Keep your Fire in the Ring. NO Fires after Midnight until sunrise.
Do Not Move the rings and NEVER leave your fire – UNATTENDED!
BONFIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED!!
PLEASE DO NOT CUT ANY TREES – This carries a STATE FINE!! Thank you for saving our Trees.
You are responsible for your own campfire. If you bring your own firewood, it must be clean. Please follow state guidelines when crossing state lines with firewood. Fires must be free of nails, glass, and garbage. All campfires must be in safe and convenient areas where they will not constitute fire hazards to vegetation, undergrowth, trees, recreational vehicles, RV’s, campers, vehicles, buildings, and structures.
NO BONFIRES WILL BE ALLOWED! If you cannot follow all of these rules, DO NOT build a fire. We reserve the right to extinguish any campfires we find to be dangerous in any way.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS allowed in the campground without permission. This includes bands, DJ’s, parties, etc.
No Storage containers allowed and site must be kept clean and uncluttered
Washing windshields is allowed however No washing RVs or vehicles allowed, a RV washing area is available to use and RV washing services may be available for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to work on vehicles without permission
Any exterior updates or remodeling of RVs must be approved first.
Paid and Volunteer sites are for guests and are therefore not considered residents. Guests agree to NOT seek to establish residency under any circumstance, guests agree to NOT receive mail or packages at 12073 Cottageville Hwy, Cottageville, SC. If mail does arrive in guests' name, guests agree to allow Tiny Town LLC to destroy the mail, regardless of its contents and importance.
Volunteer campers are guests who donate their time for their site use and must follow all rules and expectations, however Tiny Town LLC is not responsible for their or your actions as they or you are not employees and are volunteers. Volunteer campers can be asked to leave at any time for any reason regardless the day of month and they can also leave at any time for any reason. Refusal to leave after 3 days of initial request, Tiny Town LLC will tow volunteer's RV at owner's expense. Any personal belongings left unattended(unless prior written arrangements are made) for more than 7 days will become Tiny Town's property and may be sold or disposed of.
TINY TOWN RV CAMPGROUND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO END RESERVATIONS
and the right to refuse business to any one for any reason.
Sorry, no refunds for cancelations for any reason, we are a very small campground and must remain full to be able to provide the spacious and peaceful sites.
FOR ANYONE WHO VIOLATES CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS!
There will be NO REFUNDS to those asked to leave.
Management reserves the right to interpretation of all rules and regulations and can add or change rules at any time.
Violators will be asked to leave without any Refund!!
Consideration of others and common sense are the best guidelines
for a safe and enjoyable camping experience for all.
